Accessibility of Children and Youth Behavioral Health Services incl. those for the Developmentally Disabled: Rates under treatment, Coordinated Child Services Initiative, Preschool special education.
Emotional Health: Self-Inflicted injury (including suicide and attempts), Psychiatric hospital admissions, Number of children receiving psychological treatment, Drug/alcohol arrests, Children rostered (eligible and on waiting list) for ICM services.

Environmental health hazards: Number of children with lead poisoning.
Incidence/Prevalence of Cancer : Villages and Towns in Dutchess County with higher than average cancer rates.
Infant Health: Births, Birth Rates, Prenatal Care, Low Birth Weight, Low Birth Weight Rates, Infant Mortality, Infant Mortality Rates, Teen Pregnancy - Ages 10-14, Teen Pregnancy - Ages 15-19.
Preventable Disease and Injury: Immunizations, TB, STDs, HIV/AIDS, Hospitalizations, Child abuse and Asthma.
Physical Fitness: Number of youth participating in organized sports.
Proper Nutrition: Free lunch participation
