Goal 8: Dutchess County Communities will provide children, youth and their families with opportunities to help them meet their needs for physical, social, moral and emotional growth.

Youth Programming: Availability and utilization rates of after school and summer recreation and athletic activities.

Human Service Programming: (including those for special populations such as adolescents receiving foster care, teen pregnancy services, public assistance) Utilization of services (Profile: ages of children - youth cohorts, single parent families, families with highest need), Foster care rates.

Mentoring: Utilization of Big Brother / Big Sisters.

Employment: TANF funded summer employment opportunities for youth looking for work, Employment rates/growth.
